Thai "Mexican" Gangster
In this case we're going to talk about an expanding Thai group of men that follow the subculture of mexican gangs. In this group of men we can find police members, bureaucrats, teachers and so many other respectable professionals that dress like Mexicans Gangsters, but in the inside they are just family people that want to dress and to have something to be identified with. As we know Bangkok is a messy city. There is a lot a trouble going in this huge city. You can be easily involved in trouble so what I think is they dress this way to avoid this trouble. I think they got this tough look so they can live easily in Bangkok. It is remarkable that people who choose to follow a subculture, also choose to imitate only the good things and things that can make their live easier in their environment.

Racism in Colombia
As we know Colombia is a multicultural country. There are many subcultures inside Colombian culture. One of this subcultures and one of the most important is the Afro-colombian people. According to the Dane 10% of the Colombian population is descendant from the slaves that came 400 years ago from Africa. The slaves were forced to work in agriculture and construction of the new empire. Slaves suffered abused from the Spaniards. Bit by bit afros escaped and stopped the slavery. Although this happened long time ago we still live in a society that suffers this problem called racism. Racism happens when afro-colombian people doesn't have the same opportunities than the rest of the Colombians. I think that everyone should have the same opportunities and facilities because Colombia is a free country and we must live together in peace.

Me
Hey there!
My name is Mateo Lombana Gonzalez, and I'm 19 years old. I'm about 6 feet 2 inches tall. I'm not a writer , but I do this because my english teacher Emilia told me so. I am currently studying 6th semester of Industrial Engineering at Universidad del Norte in Barranquilla, Colombia. I've always lived here. I love traveling, so I've been in Central America and North America. I'm planning to go to Europe next summer. I have two cats, one is named Giorgio and it was a gift from my mother. Giorgio is a Russian Blue. I found the other cat, which called Apollo. Apollo is mixed. Usually I'm spending time with my friends, eating and going to parties. I consider myself as a friendly guy so I think I have a lot of friends, more than I should, so if you want to you can follow me on Twitter (I'm kind of addicted to this social network) @MateoLombana. I eat a lot, so I'm going home to have dinner. See you soon.
